Taplak Oval Wol Merino

The merino wool has this lovely natural grip that keeps my plates from sliding, which I didn't expect. It's also surprisingly plush under my hands when I set down hot dishes—feels far more premium than the cotton ones I used to own.

The wool is noticeably softer than regular cotton placemats, and it lies flat on the table without sliding around during dinner. It’s held up well through a few spills, though I still wipe it down carefully.

The oval shape is perfect for my round dining table, and the wool has this lovely natural texture that catches the light differently at each meal. It's held up beautifully through three weeks of daily breakfasts and a couple of dinner parties, no pilling or curling at the edges yet.
