Merino Wool 10" Round Trivet

I use this as a trivet for my cast iron skillet and it’s thick enough to protect my wooden table completely. The natural wool just looks so much nicer than my old silicone ones.

It’s surprisingly sturdy for being wool, and it sits perfectly flat on my quartz countertop without sliding around. The 10-inch size handles a large Dutch oven without any heat transferring through, which is exactly what I needed.

I was a bit worried about how it would hold up to heat, but after using it with a hot cast iron skillet, it’s held its shape perfectly and doesn’t slide around on the counter. The natural merino wool feels substantial and looks great sitting out.
